OUR SERVICES
Getting the job done
Project coordination
Management
Our team can manage your project every step of the way, from initial concept to completion. One of our project managers will work hand in hand with you to build a project delivery programme, keeping you informed of progress as your project progresses through each stage of the process.
Site survey
We can survey your project to assess your specific product or structural needs, while taking precise measurements and offering tailored advice. All survey information is then gathered together and used to brief our studio so product drawings can commence.
Studio
Product design and CAD
Our design team will develop your ideas into production-ready drawings ahead of fabrication in our workshop. We can produce 3D visualisations, renders and AutoCAD drawings for client review and approval.
Structural engineering
Our design team will also work hand in hand with our structural engineer to provide assurance on all aspects of the product design.
Fabrication
At Riverview Welding Services, our team of expert technicians bring a lifetime of experience in all types of fabrications. Our capabilities include:
Structural Fabrications
Also known as architectural metalwork. Our team fabricate in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium depending on our clients’ requirements.
From shepherd’s huts to staircases and railway station poster frames, our team have been involved in all types of structures used in many different environments.
Bespoke bracketry
We are regularly asked to fabricate a wide range of bespoke bracketry and can turn our hand to all sorts of solutions using our wide range of equipment and skills.
Whether it’s for small components or large batch orders, we offer CNC laser cutting to perfectly profile metals of varying grades and thicknesses.
We also offer manual milling or CNC-controlled machining on flat or irregular shaped surfaces. This can be complimented with drill and tapping, riveting and countersinking to allow us to fabricate high-tolerance bespoke bracketry.
Sheet Metalwork
Our team specialise in sheet metalwork using descaled stainless steel or aluminium. We also fabricate using copper and brass, when required.
Signage, cladding panels and specifically tailored sheet forms are regularly fabricated, but we also enjoy turning our hand to more unusual art installations and sculptures, making use of our break presses, rollers and folders.
Coatings and finishing
We offer a full range of finishing on all our products and can help recommend which will be best for your specific situation. Options include:

Zinc spray
Zinc spray can be applied to protect metals from rust and corrosion, ensuring the longevity and durability of your product.

Galvanising
Metal can be immersed in molten zinc, which provides a robust, long-life coating to protect and strengthen your product.

Wet paint
For a cost-effective finish with an infinite colour palette, we can apply wet paint by spraying to ensure an even coating.

Powder coating
A dry powder coating is a durable alternative to wet paint, providing a long-lasting scratch-proof finish in a variety of colours.
Installation
Our crew will diligently complete every step of the process from method statements and risk assessments to task briefings and on-site installation.
We can coordinate delivery of materials to site using any required size of vehicle including Hiabs.
Our teams of installers will then complete the install of your products as required ensuring that all inspection & test plans as well as any quality assurance documentation is made available for inspection by our clients following the installation.
